INGREDIENTS
- 8 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp tamari soy sauce (or 1 1/2 Tbsp regular soy sauce, use gluten-free soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free version)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 20 chicken wing drummettes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate the chicken wings: Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a large bowl or marinade bag.
- Mix together the marinade ingredients—crushed garlic cloves, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper—and pour over the chicken wings to coat.
- Chill for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.
