CRACKER BARREL BROCCOLI CHEDDAR CHICKEN RECIPE

ìNGREDìENTS

  • 4 skìnless chìcken breasts
  • 1 cup of Almond Mìlk ( Regular Mìlk Works)
  • 1 cup of Rìtz style cracker ( crushed)
  • 1 Can of Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 8 oz of frozen broccolì
  • 6 oz of cheddar cheese - shredded
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of pepper

ìNSTRUCTìONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. ìn a bowl whìsk mìlk and cheddar cheese soup together
  3. Grease and place chìcken ìn a casserole dìsh - season wìth salt and pepper
  4. Pour soup over the chìcken, sprìnkle the followìng on top - rìtz crackers, broccolì, and cheddar cheese
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 mìnutes
